Comments:

Nearest street parking is on Avon Place, ~60m to cache. After you leave the sidewalk, the deer trail is narrow dirt and grass for ~40ft and then turns into narrow chunky gravel. There is a big drop/step down off a rock before you can get to the cache, it’s ~3ft down, there is no way around it. Cache is at 0ft
