Comments:

Nearest parking is on Fremont Street off of Riverside Drive, ~300m to cache. Route is a wide, firmly packed gravel path all the way up until the last ~3m, then you have to go on the thick grass. Cache is at 0ft but requires reaching up over something and back down to retrieve, cannot reach straight in to grab
