Comments:

Nearest street parking is on Pine Terrace, ~100m to cache. The first ~50m/165ft is on a paved road, then there is a small step of what used to be a curb, it’s now around 3” tall, then after you are up that it is ~50m/165ft on an upward grass hill to the cache. The cache is ~5ft high.
