Comments:

Nearest parking is at (49° 14.3188? N, 122° 49.2925? W), ~60m to cache. After parking you have to get up a curb, there are no curb cuts, and then it is all a narrow path that’s mostly grass with some bare dirt spots where it’s been worn down over time. Cache is on the ground
