Comments:

Nearest street parking is at (49° 10.7903? N, 123° 8.5628? W), there is a paved ramp to get to the path at (49° 10.8050? N, 123° 8.5357? W). ~100m to the cache, it is all paved until you get to some very large steps you have to climb/crawl down to a grassy patch to find the cache, the steps are 3-4ft tall and concrete. Cache is ~4ft high
