Comments:

 It is in a paved state park.  But, the cache is up a grassy slope.  It was too much for my 3 wheel Pride GoPro  scooter.  I used my crutches, but the ground was soggy, a little rough,  and it was about 300 + feet from the lot.  I was worn out by the time I got to the lot.  The cache is about 6 feet above ground.  My husband got it down.  They could have made it easier to reach on a scooter or chair.
