Comments:

Closest street parking is on the street across from GZ, closest curb cut is at the corner of South Grandview Highway and Garden Drive. If you go straight from the street parking the route is flat, if you come from the curb cut at the corner there is a slight slope for the sidewalk portion of the route. There is short cut/maintained grass for the first half once off the sidewalk and then the second half is very tall but thin grass, once at GZ it is dirt with some tree debris such as twigs. Cache height is a good 15ft up, with the proper TOTT no tree climbing is required. Good fine motor skills/dexterity needed to open the cache. Having my cane proved to be an advantage and made it an easy grab.
