Comments:

There are parking stalls above and below the hill the cache is on, closest are the ones at the top of the hill above the cache. The hill was very steep on foot by cane, this would be too steep to use a wheelchair safely on. You have to go inside a group of evergreen trees, the cache is past some thicker branches and blackberry branches that took some careful stepping through. Cache is at 0ft
