Comments:

There is a small gravel parking lot right in front of the posted coordinates and final on Hunter Street. Distance from start to final is 35m. There is a paved sidewalk at the start and final, to reach the cache at the final you have to leave the sidewalk and go onto some grass. The cache is very hard to reach, would be awkward and more difficult to reach while seated or from a shorter height. I did it while standing and it took me a good 10+ minutes because my arm didn’t fit or reach far enough, a grabbing TOTT would be very helpful here. Cache height is 3-4ft
