Comments:

The slopes down to the seafront are pretty steep. Once down it's flat tarmak to the GZ, Cache is approx .5 of a meter from groud level, set back .5 of a meter from the path edge. 

I managed with a grabber from my mobility scooter ok, putting it back was tricky but doable if you have good grabber dexterity.
