Comments:

I have made a change to reflect that while the path to the cache is wheelchair accessable, it may be difficult to reach the container from the chair.

Comments:

The micro is at the edge of a pond with parking close by.  The only difficulty would be reaching the container from a chair.  A helper may be needed at that point.
