Comments:

Stage one is a magnet on a bridge with a good, smooth walkway. The cache itself is at one end on the opposite side of the road. It is located along a busy road and is tied to the rail with a wire at ground level. This would be the most difficult aspect of the cache.  Must use caution due to traffic.
