Comments:

This cache is the one most likely to be handicapped accessible though there are some problems.  If you were to need assistance in physically retrieving the container (after you solve the mystery and find it) I count that has an unaided find.  When I say you may not use outside help of any kind, I am talking about in solving the mystery.
