Comments:

Cache location was shared by a resident toad (much to our delight)

Comments:

Most difficult part of this cache is negotiating the curb from parking area.  There are ramped parts to the curbs to the north and south of cache location.  Cache is at ground level and then a slight reach, which could be difficult from a wheelchair.
