Comments:

My cache, just placed.  Micro, a curb is involved, but cache is within 18" of paved surface, about 2.5' high.  

Chair users:  Will be a bit of a stretch and/or bend; both hands required to retrive; individual  mobility/flexibility/dexterity abilities apply.  

Stick/cane/crutch users:  Both hands required to retrieve cache.
