Comments:

Only the final leg of the cache is hard, the rest is easily wheelchair accessible. However, the final cache approach is definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Comments:

This is a multi-cache. Intermediate waypoints are wheelchair accessible. Approach to the cache is what the rating is based on.
