Comments:

The first part of the cache i.e. collecting the virtual clues is on flat tarmac pavements. The later part in Lords Walk is on a rough gravel path. You might need some help with this. You will need to cross a small footbridge, which we think is just wide enough for a wheelchair. The retreval of the cache will also need some help as it is located on a slight slope.
