Rating:  H24342   Difficulty:  one starhalf a star (1.5)
      Terrain:  one starone starhalf a star (2.5)

Decoded rating:

H
2 = Distance to cache  = 500ft to 0.3 miles (150m to 0.5km)
4 = Route surface  = Rocks/sand/mud
3 = Route slope  = 10% or less for MORE than 500ft (150m)
4 = Route obstructions  = Large branches or tree trunks/thick vegetation
2 = Cache height  = 0ft to 3ft above ground (0cm to 1m)

Comments:

Cache relocated, now requires crossing a (usually dry) creek bed at final approach. Steep banks about 2-3 feet tall will almost certainly require assistance for wheelchair navigation. Also, there is a less-challenging trail entrance off the street to the north west of the cache.

Comments:

Terrain and surface: The approach from recommended parking (from the east) involves a very thin ledge that is NOT wheelchair-accessible. An alternate approach from the west avoids that stretch. Rest of trail is wood-chipped. However, final off-trail approach is about 50 feet through a flood-plain area that seasonally has very thick vegitation. In winter it is much more navicable, but probably still a bit tough to do with a chair.
