Comments:

Despite the cache page's "1" terrain rating, this virtual is definitely not a 1. There are some steps and/or steep (though small) hills (a very circuitous route over grass & gravel may avoid these?), the cache is more than 200 feet from the nearest parking, and one must traverse grass and/or gravel to reach the cache. This is not an arduous hike, but neither would it be an easy find for someone using a wheelchair, for example.
