Comments:

I have just adopted this cache.  The location is a fairly typical suburban location.  The distance rating is high because the nearest parking to GZ is on a side street a couple of blocks away.  Other than that, accessibility should not be a problem.  The cache is almost reachable from the sidewalk but will probably require a few feet of travel on level packed dirt (may be muddy if it has rained recently).  It is several feet off the ground so a grabber may be helpful.
