Comments:

The slope is a wheelchair ramp. Retrieving the cache requires getting down on the ground. If you can do this, with or without assistance, the grab itself is easy.

Comments:

Concrete wheelchair ramp to the level. Cache is very low and blocked, will likely require assistance to retrieve.
