Comments:

There is lay by parking opposite to the cache but the road is very busy and can be difficult to cross and there is a low curb to contend with. There is about a yard of grass and a foot or so of mud but the actual find and retrieve could well be difficult for chair users without assistance but I think other less abled cachers will be OK with this one. Hope this helps.
