Closest to this cache, if you want to stick to the well made footpaths, is probably N 53° 33.475 W 002° 23.499
The distance to the cache that I've set is based on parking at these coordinates and following the well defined paths to GZ, which you'll probably want to do, at least for the second half, as if I remember correctly there's an elevated wooden deck involved as the ground below is very boggy indeed.
Could probably ride a mountain bike to GZ or push a buggy but the wheelbase of a wheelchair _might_ be slightly too wide for comfort.
