Comments:

This is part of the Withnell circular and some of the ratings may reflect that. It is doubtful if this cache is  wheelchair accessible, following the circular in numerical order there are two stiles and two fields to cross. The cache is at ground level but on a raised bank but has slightly restricted access due to vegetation and a mound of vegetation covered well rotted manure (it doesn't smell but it is a huge obstruction). In the other direction there is a gate which is usually open but if locked shut there is a stile to negotiate. After the next field there is a kissing gate which is not wheelchair accessible but there is a gate at the top of the field which is usually open but which would mean an incline on rough grass which between hay making may well be inaccessible. If you think you may be able to manage depending on the conditions at the time get in touch and I will endeavour to go down and assess the conditions at the time for you.
