Comments:

Easily accessible by anyone, helpful to follow the hints on the cache page because GPSr reception is so spotty in the city.

Comments:

Cache is approx. 15 ft from the street although parking is limited to commercial vehicles during the week days. Cache is approx. 2 feet off of the ground.
