Comments:

To access the actual cache requires passing through a narrow opening in the hedge that is quite accessible by most cachers, but not those with wheelchairs.  HOWEVER, the cache owner has provided an alternate means for wheelchair cachers to get credit for a find--nice alternative!

Comments:

Stage 1 coordinates are also the parking coordinates. Curb at the corner has been modified for handicap access. Because a 12 inch hedge separates the cache from the sidewalk, an alternate means is established for logging a find.  You can see the cache (2-3 feet) from the sidewalk, so you will need to note the name on the cache container and e-mail it to the owner (along with stage 1 clue information noted in cache description).
