Comments:

Two routes to this - from Barley bridge up the hill eastwards, then south into the woods. Steep and two very high stiles, plus squeeze stiles, kissing gates and a wall stile. The other is along the road east of the river, heading south. A gate leads into the woods after a twisty uphill section (fantastic new house on the left). This leads to a steep zig-zag path through the woods. Both routes are quite tricky - reasonable for children, but not for those with mobility problems.
