Comments:

This is the owner again.  The previous cache has been muggled, so I had to hide a new one, and chose a different style of hide.  It's at the same location, but it is now 6'-7' off the ground.  A person of average height can probably reach it without trouble, but a shorter person may need a taller companion to help.

Comments:

I have just adopted this cache.  Parking is the same as for GC7M44C: plentiful along Rajkovich just around the corner from the cache location (this cache is further down the same paved trail, hence the distance rating).  Although the route is paved, there are a couple of narrow sections that may impair navigation. Also, the last few feet to the cache involve going off the pavement over uneven ground toward an active expressway (no need to approach the kerb closer than about 4 feet). The cache is probably 3-4 feet off the ground, so it should be reachable while seated.
