Comments:

There is parking at approximately 53.678633, -2.618490. There are some curbs and a narrow road with no pavements over the canal bridge and the majority of the route is on firm stone based tow path. Chair users will most likely require assistance for retrieving the hide or even seeing it; the final decision is yours. Hope this helps.

p.s. Please let me know if these reviews are in any way helpful as they are time consuming and reports would indicate that no-one uses this facility. I will continue to rate each cache I visit for at least six months but if I get no reply I may well knock it on the head. Of course if I get an affirmative reply after that I will resume the rating of caches. Well over a year since I first posting this extra note with no reply as to if it is of any use, I'm coming to the conclusion that I am wasting my time completely :( .
