Comments:
There's a visible path to follow from the given parking coordinates which will take you all the way there.
An experienced mountain biker might make it the cache, with the possible exception of the first 100m or so. Anything else on wheels is pretty much a non starter.
A decent earth path across what I think is mainly peat with a few spots of mud here and there but nothing that would require wellies.
Sturdy walking boots are a good idea - the path surface is uneven, undulates and tists and turns.
Decent stamina and balance are required - especially so for the initial climb from the parking coordinates.
At least one small stile to negotiate and possibly a kissing gate - can't quite remember.
