Comments:

I'm rating most of these caches on our walk from Peak Gateway camp site (PIRATEMANIA V) as I am not too familiar with the area so I don't know about any parking spots. I think this one could be done as a drive by but I wouldn't like to leave the PV here for any period as I think it would cause an obstruction. It's a narrow country lane without footpaths and the cache was just off it and was low, as usual the final decision is yours. Hope this helps.
