Comments:
Other trailheads will require a much longer journey, with some rather steep sections. Most of the route is packed dirt, with ruts/weeds/rocks/etc. and may not be easy for wheeled vehicles unless they have big knobby tires.
The cache itself is in a tree right up against the edge of a steep fall, with possible leaning involved in reaching it, so it may be quite hazardous for mobility-impaired folks.
Overall, I would not recommend this cache to any but the most extreme and intrepid of wheelchair users.
